Sondes

Used to locate buried plastic Water Pipes, Gas Pipes and any other non-magnetic utility, Sondes are self-contained transmitters that are used with our cable and pipe locators.

Compact sonde with a strong signal available in 512Hz, 8kHz and 33kHz. This is a self-contained battery operated sonde, measuring 1.53″ x 4.13″ (39mm x 105mm).

S13: a ½” (13mm) diameter sonde for narrow ducts and conduits. The S13 Super Small Sonde is designed to be used for tracing the paths of non-metallic pipes, ducts, sewers and drains, and in the precise location of blockages and collapses.

A 3-section sonde, locatable to 19′ (6m) and measuring 0.9 x 18.8″ (23 x 478mm), for improved flexibility around pipe and duct corners. Supplied with M10 male end cap.

The S6 MicroSonde is a very small transmitter designed to allow operators to trace and detect blockages in even very small buried pipes and ducting.

The S9 MiniSonde is a small 9mm (0.35”) diameter transmitter designed to be inserted into non-metallic pipes or ducts, and enables operators to trace the route of small diameter pipes or ducts and to precisely locate any blockages.

This is a self-contained, battery-operated sonde, measuring 0.70″ x 3.22″ (18mm x 82mm). It can be connected to a Flexrod for locating pipes and ducting etc. It transmits on 33kHz and can be normally located to a maximum depth of 13′ (4m).

This is a self-contained, battery-operated sonde, measuring 2.51″ x 6.61″ (64mm x 168mm).

Deep Sewer sonde. This is a self-contained, battery-operated sonde, measuring 2.51″ (64mm) x 12.51″ (318mm).

A traceable rod, used with a Radiodetection transmitter or Genny.

The rod is used to propel Radiodetection sondes which can be located and traced with a Radiodetection locator or C.A.T.
